Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Room & Grace, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Room & Grace only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Your account

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Each account is intended for one person. You are responsible for activity through your account except to the extent prohibited by law.

The service

Room & Grace provides personal planning, organization, reflection, reminder, photo, and general wellness-tracking tools. Features may change as the service develops. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature, subject to applicable law and any commitments made for a paid subscription.

The app is not a shared household service, social network, emergency service, medical device, or substitute for professional advice.

Your content and account backups

You retain ownership of content you create. The app stores personal entries locally and backs up supported content and photos to your signed-in account. Backups require a working connection and successful upload. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security and backups. We are not responsible for local content lost because a device is lost, damaged, reset, replaced, or because the app or its data is removed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

For content you upload or back up, you grant ForgeWorks LLC the limited, nonexclusive permission necessary to host, process, secure, reproduce, and display that content back to you while providing the feature.

Subscriptions

If paid access is offered, purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. The plan, duration, included access, renewal price, trial eligibility, billing date, currency, and applicable taxes shown before purchase control. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store account used to purchase them. See our Subscriptions & Cancellation page.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, upload unlawful or infringing material, reverse engineer the service except where law permits, or use Room & Grace to harm another person or violate their rights.

Health, wellness, and reminders

Room & Grace is for general organization and wellness purposes only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition and does not provide medical, mental-health, nutritional, pharmacy, legal, or financial advice. Medicine information is entered by the user and is not verified by Room & Grace.

Notifications can be delayed, suppressed, changed, or missed because of device settings, battery restrictions, operating-system behavior, connectivity, time-zone changes, or other causes. Do not rely on the app for emergencies, time-critical medication administration, or safety-critical alerts. See the full Health & Wellness Disclaimer.

Third-party services

The app and website may rely on third parties such as Apple, Google, Supabase, email providers, and device operating systems. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Availability and disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Room & Grace is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, secure, accurate, or error-free. You remain responsible for reviewing entries, dates, times, reminders, dosage information, and other information you place in the app.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForgeWorks LLC and its members, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, lost data, lost profits, or losses resulting from reliance on reminders or user-entered information. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, consumer rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Ending use and deleting an account

You may stop using Room & Grace at any time and may delete your account through the app. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address fraud or nonpayment, or respond to a material violation of these Terms.

Account deletion, deletion of device-local content, and app-store subscription cancellation are separate actions. Review our Account Deletion page before deleting an account.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the revised date and provide additional notice when required. These Terms are governed by Florida law, without depriving you of non-waivable consumer protections available where you live.
