Include helpful details

Please include the email connected to your account, your device type, what you were trying to do, and any error message you saw. Do not email passwords, full payment-card numbers, or highly sensitive personal entries.

Subscriptions and refunds

Manage or cancel a subscription through the App Store or Google Play account used for purchase. Refund decisions and payment-method issues are generally handled by the applicable store. See Subscriptions & Cancellation.
